These General Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Conditions") are applied between Fashion Streetwear Italia Srl (Hereinafter "We") and any professional customer (hereinafter, "You" or "User") who visit the Site and / or forwarded an order on the Site.
Selecting the appropriate flag and clicking on the "ACCEPT", you certify that you accept the general conditions of use of the Site as well as the general conditions which are part of the contract of sale on line between Fashion Streetwear Italia Srl and the buyer, as well as the enclosed Privacy Policy: the next continuation use or consultation constitutes full acceptance of the conditions themselves by the Visitor.

Our order confirmation will faith regarding the products ordered and available, all the conditions of sale, payment and shipping therein contained.
The contract is concluded when You will have validated Our order confirmation in the terms and modalities stated. The contract is concluded only to the actual and real conditions reported on the order confirmation sent to You by Us, as the conditions contained herein shall be construed only examples and generic.
Without Our order confirmation Your order can not considered accepted or confirmed. If the products presented on the Site are no longer available for sale at the time of sending the order form, We will inform You at any time before your order is shipped, the unavailability of the products ordered and content in Our order confirmation, without this liability may arise at Our expense, subject to the refund of the advance paid by You.

3. Follow-up of Your order

You can access at any time to Your account from "My Account" on the Home page of the Site in order to check the status, see the history of Your orders or update Your personal data.

4. Change or cancellation of the order

You can check the progress of Your order online, thanks to "My Account" on the Site.
From the moment You receive Our order confirmation, from Our side there is a commitment of management and programming, because the garments are specifically packaged according to Your order.
For that reason, after 7 (seven) days from the order (by the date this on Our order confirmation), You will not have 'the right' to cancel the order or part of it. If You want to still cancel the order or part of it, We will have the right' to charge You 25% of the amount ordered to cover part of the costs incurred by Us.
If You decide to cancel the order or part of it after 15 to 30 days from the date of Our order confirmation, We will have the right 'to charge You 50% of the total order canceled. If You were to cancel the order or part of it after 30 days from the date shown on Our order confirmation, We will have the right 'to charge You 100% of the canceled order to cover the expenses incurred and the damage suffered.
We do not accept returns (to return, replacement or repair) unless previously authorized by Us and accompanied by the appropriate delivery notes, correctly filled in all its parts. Once made, and 'was authorized, we provide within the next 48-72 hours to inform the mode with which the return will be treated.

5. Prices

The prices of Our products are expressed in euro, excluding VAT and shipping costs.
Our delivery charges are indexed on the amount of the order ON the delivery methods chosen and the place of delivery.

6. Conditions and modalities of payment

The Custom products You have ordered will be made only after the total payment of Your order (by bank transfer or Paypal).
For all other products ordered, We accept the following payment methods:

• Paypal;
• Bank transfer (costs are fully charged to the customer);
• Mark payment (up to a total amount of € 500.00) or check on delivery;
• Letter of credit

By registering on the website and completing the relevant form, You acknowledge and unconditionally accept and undertake to observe in the relationships with Fashion Streetwear Italia Srl, the general conditions of sale, the general terms of use of the Site, as well as the information relating to the processing of personal data, giving consent to the use of that. 

You shall not enter false or invented, aliases, nicknames or similar things; the personal and fiscal data as well as the mailbox that will provide at the time of order must be exclusively related to Your professional activitiy. It also expressly forbidden to minors make purchases on the Site.

7. Time, cost and mode of Shipping and Delivery

Products ordered on the Site will be sent to the address You indicated when placing the order. The delivery address can be different from the billing address. May modify the data related to shipping or billing of Your order under "My Account", unless the progress of the order is "Pending delivery".
For orders placed during the sales campaign, the delivery date is agreed and planned at the time of the order and the delivery is stated on the order confirmation that is sent by e-mail.
For orders placed at the end of the sales campaign, if the required goods are available in Our warehouses, shipping take place between 2 and 15 working days from the date of Our order confirmation.
For orders placed at the end of the sales campaign, if the requested goods is not available in Our warehouses but must be specifically put into production, shipping will take place within 15 working days of the delivery date in Our order confirmation (unless otherwise agreed and / or our provisions about).
It is understood that, in case the payment is granted by Paypal, credit card or bank transfer, before shipping, We expect to receive the full payment.
The terms of shipping and delivery specified in the purchase order confirmation are not binding in any way and do not constitute a source of liability to Fashion Streetwear Italia Srl.
Also, is declined any responsibility for any failure, delay or failure in delivery, due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure or events not depending of Fashion Streetwear Itali Srl (ex. The strike of courier).
It 'also included the aforesaid liability in case of fires, explosions, strikes, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that may prevent the execution of the contract in the manner and time provided by these general conditions and the law.
If, and only in cases of willful fraud or negligence, were to be found responsible Fashion Streetwear Italia Srl, for the poor implementation of its contractual obligations, it is agreed from the outset that it can not exceed the value of the products purchased and paid for by the User according to the prices in the price list retailers, for which the dispute arose.
In all other cases, outside of the case of fraud or negligence, it is agreed now that the improper performance of contractual obligations by Fashion Streetwear Italia Srl does not arise any responsibility by this Company.
It is understood, moreover, that, in any case, not attributable to Fashion Streetwear Italia Srl there is no obligation to pay compensation for any past, present or future complained by User.
Is also declined any responsibility if the following shipping times and delivery are not respected indication by You if the delivery address is wrong or inaccurate (missing or erroneous information) or for absence of the recipient upon delivery. Where, for these reasons, it becomes necessary to proceed with the "Stationary Storage" or if the goods were to return in Our wharehouse, all additional costs in the management of the shipment will be charged to You.

8. Compliance and quality of our products

Upon delivery, We strongly urge You to carry out a thorough check before, of packing and products received.
In case where the outer packaging is not intact, you will have to report to the conveyor also any trace of damage to the package delivered (eg: hole, signs of crushing, etc ...). If, despite a defect on the pack casing, decides to collect the goods, You will have to make a note of the courier, in the document of receipt of the goods, that the package was “Withdrawn subject to verification within the state of the product by default on the package."

The replacement of one or more products whose has not been detected with the reservations indicated above can not be taken into consideration.
Should it be confirmed the absence of one or more products due to the damage suffered externally, the Customer must address the carrier in n. 2 (two) business days following the date of delivery, a complaint, sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, with a record of the receipt of the defective goods, indicating the date and number of the consignment shipment.
The Customer shall transmit a copy of the letter to the Seller; in absence of such notification will not be possible to replace the goods.
Subject to compliance with the procedure described above, You may obtain a refund or replacement of products damaged, missing or non-compliant, with the exclusion of any compensation or damages.

9. Conditions and mode to use the Site

Under the present conditions, You is granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access, use and display this Site and related materials aimed exclusively for the purchase of products on the Site. For the purpose of the creation of the latter, you must complete the registration process, and must provide a complete and accurate information as requested on the relevant "form" called "Requests for access to B2B" as well as a password and a user name.
It is Your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of Your password and account. You are also fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your account.
